About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who ensures our customers get the most value from our product, helping them onboard smoothly and resolving issues quickly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist customers with onboarding and product setup
2. Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls
3. Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions
4. Collect customer feedback and relay it to the product team
5. Build strong relationships to increase customer retention
Requirements
1. 1+ years of customer-facing experience (support, onboarding, or account management).
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Familiarity with CRM or support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.).
4. Passion for helping customers succeed.

Salary Range
$45k–$65k / year
